ULTIMATE FIT CAMP PRICING:

$15 per class

2x per week = $120.00/month*

3x per week = $180.00/month*

4x per week = $240.00/month*

5x per week = $300.00/month*

*Pricing based on 4-week months.  Pricing will be adjusted for those months with 5 weeks.

OTHER SERVICES

Personalized Meal Plans
Includes:  Initial diet consultation where you will have your body fat & measurements taken.  You will discuss your goals and go over any questions you may have.  After filling out a nutrition questionnaire, you will get a customized meal plan based on your specific goals and needs.  You will also get two meal plan updates with two additional diet consults.  (3 month meal plan = $250.00)

30 Minute Nutrition Consultation
You will have your body fat and measurements taken as well as go over your goals and any questions you may have.  ($50)

Grocery Shopping Tour
You will get a tour of the grocery store, showing you how to shop in a healthy way.  You will learn what to buy as well as what to avoid by learning how to read food labels.  Learning to shop healthfully will set you up for success in achieving your fitness goals.  (About an hour = $100)

Personal Training
Initial fitness assessment including measurements and body fat testing, goal setting, and program development.  You will receive a customized workout plan, based on your goals and needs.  Continued goal tracking to ensure program success.  (Price Determined by Location)

Fitness Contest Preparation
Customized Program designed based on your individual needs.  Program includes fitness assessment, skill training and drilling your routine, customized contest diet, workout plan designed to perfect symmetry and overall appearance. Stage presence training includes: walking in heels, posing, facial expressions and insight on what the judges are looking for.  Vast knowledge of each organization's criteria, rules & regulations.  (Pricing depends on personal needs)

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
